What Causes Pain On The Left Side With Hot Flashes?

I have been getting pain in my left side that feels kinda like a localized contraction and when it happens i get like hot flashes and it all last sometimes for a couple of seconds and sometimes a little longer and the intensity is different at times also i feel out of breathe sometimes
