What Causes Pain On The Middle Of The Back Along With Dizziness?

I m in a lot of pain my middle back left of back has a pulsating pain and it s pushing towards the front of my body and my chest feels like its being pushed to the back of my body. I feel like I. Suffocating and I have no much pressure in my head I feel dizzy

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you should immediately consult doctor and rule out heart diseases.
Left sided back pain radiating today front left side of chest, suffocation, dizziness etc are classical symptoms of ischemic heart diseases (heart attack).. So immediately consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring, ecg, 2d echo and coronary angiography if required.
