What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of My Throat?

For the past 2 years I have had a dull pain on the right side of my throat with some pain in my ear almost feels like an ear infection. When I look I see some white spots around that I have tried to clean with salt water and cue tips. It doesn't hurt to swollow or eat. Sometimes it doesn't hurt. I notice it more when I get stressed out. I have seen a dr about it and he wasnt concerned. I have also had some tightness on that side of the neck and jaw line.

Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
The pain in the right side of your throat can be because of the bacterial or fungal infection involving tonsil or pharynx. You will get pain in the ear because the internal acoustic meat us opens there. Nothing to be panic, consult a good ENT surgeon and get it evaluated. mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin(if you are not allergic). Do saline gargling.
I hope I have answered your question Take care.
