What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Face?

Started with pain on right side of face, then difficulty swallowing, hoarseness. Top of head is tender to touch on rt side only. Stroke tests neg for stroke. Fair amount of coughing, (swallow malfunction sending fluids to lungs?) Several days later, crooked smile, can t blow exhale air thru right nostril (air is redirected into mouth) right eyelid doesn t close completely, can t open left eyelid without also opening right.
