What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Head And Lumps On Both Ears?

Hi, I have a number of symptoms that I'm concerned about. I get headaches, primarily on the right side of my head, every day, and noticed that I have fairly large, hard lumps behind both ears. I also have muscle twitches in various parts of my body all of the time, tinnitus primarily in my right ear, and ocassional nosebleeds, always in the right nostril.

Please met an ent doctor, it is likely that there is a focus of infection in your right ear or tonsils and once the infection is treated, you will be fine. Take care!
