What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Head While Lying Down?
Hi, my name is Briana and I m 18 years old. I just recently like 30 minutes ago have had this problem on only the right side of my head. It hurts when I lay my head down on my pillow on my right side and when I lay on my left side I can feel pressure from the pain in my right side. Also, when I bite down i can feel slight pain. Weird thing is, I don t have a headache.

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis. I recommend doing an x-ray of the sinuses to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I recommend you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day.
