What Causes Pain On The Right Side Of The Head?

Back in 2015 I had a aneurysm bleed and was in the hospital for over a month. About a year later I started getting pain in the right side of my brain and sharp pains shoting through my eye.my neurologist said it was nerve spasms. Also I don t know why but I keep getting aneurysms . I started seeing a psychiatrist after the bleed .because it was hard to cope with . I had to go through therapy and speech therapy.he tells me that I am having migraines.i told him that I have had migraines and the pain that I m having is worse than a migraine.
