What Causes Pain On The Tip Of Penis While Having Sex?
I have a very odd sensation during sexual intercourse at the tip of my penis that causes discomfort borderline pain. Not as severe with protection but intolerable at times with unprotected sex. Most painful at the moment of penetration and when exiting partner. When genitals meet or when I brush up on the outside of the vagina sensation is most severe. Sensation is isolated to spot on top of the head of the penis. Sensation started couple years ago ago and just dealt with it. Now have a steady partner who I can have unprotected sex with and this makes it almost impossible at times. Sensation can almost be compared to when you have a leg that has fallen asleep and you try to stand on it. A strong tingling sensation that makes it very uncomfortable. Not pain exactly. What can this be?

it can be neurological or inflamatory signs. go for STDtest have course of antibiotic . change your habit of unprotected sex. all you are doing is full of risk.
