What Causes Pain On The Top Of Legs Around Hip?

The top of both of my legs around hip area are painful. The right leg hurts more than left leg. Most intense pain is when I get up or walk up stairs. I can walk all day long with no problem but when I walk up stairs the pain begins. My email address is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you.
