What Causes Pain Pressure In Ear And Numbness In Head?
I have pain in my left ear, hearing loss pressure in my ear, pressure in my left jaw and pain in my left jaw , numbness of my left ear, around my left ear is numb, the left side of my head is numb and the back of my head is numb. I m having dizziness and nausea and had an MRI there s no tumor I ve had auditory tests and balance tests and inner ear is normal no infections etc.

Your description is non specific and not very clear. As you have undergone MRI and other tests, I don't think you have an ENT problem. It would be best to visit an internal medicine specialist or a neurologist to rule out other causes for your symptoms.
