As per your complain if you have decayed teeth and pain is severe in those teeth then it can radiate to entire half of the side on which the decayed tooth is present while can even radiate to the jaw, ear and even head/temple region.. I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like a full mouth x ray known as Panoromic x-ray can help in ruling out teeth as well as jaw joint related problems.. In case if it is not found to be the cause other causes like atypical facial pain and heart related problem can be investigated.. In case of tooth infection being the cause of the symptoms you can be advised either root canal treatment or extractions depending on condition of teeth followed by antibiotics and painkillers..
