What Causes Pain Radiating From The Chest To The Arms?

Hello, Today, while at work, I was having chest pains, pain running down both arms, developed a headache and suddenly got a raging case of chills. I was shaking horribly, I could not get warm no matter where I was. I became pail at that point, and was extremely weak. I have not checked my temperature. I am a 49 year old female, with Pyoderma Gangrenosum, Ulcerative colitis, Anemia and low potassium some times.

As you explain the history this might be a viral situation. You can take Paracetamol. Usually, it lasts for a couple of days. If lasts more please consult your doctor.
