What Causes Pain/soreness/discharge In Nipple While On Birth Control?
I got my period about 2.5 weeks ago. Recently I am experiencing nipple soreness and pain. When I squeeze my right one, a small amount of clear sticky discharge comes out. I m on birth control and my period was normal when I got it. I haven t had sex in over a month. What could be causing this? And what can I do to cure it?

3. Use of Tab Vitamin C 500 mg , Cap EVION 400 mg and Cap PRIMOSA and Tab B LONG F one each at night for 3 months will be helpful.
4.Indulge in routine exercise and healthy diet regimen. Avoid fried foods, Salty foods, refined sugars. Include more portions of fruits, vegetables and salads in diet.
