What Causes Pain, Swelling And Hardening Of My Left Testicle?

I have severe pain, swelling, and a hardening (or tightening) of my left testicle lasting a few hours each time it happens (about every 3 months). It is tender to the touch when the pain is present, but as the pain wears off, so does the tenderness. The hardening remains for a while afterwards.

HI.
You are lucky that this repeated torsion of your left testicle is getting relieved a
every time you had an attack.
Get an ultrasonography and color doppler done and an opinion of the Urologist or a General Surgeon and get this surgically fixed so that you will never get this problem.
