What Causes Pain, Swelling And Mild Blood Discharge From The Penis?

Hi I am uncircumcised and a 28 year old man. From last 3 days my penis is swollen. There s a lot of pain in the veins in penis. There s a lot of pain on the tip as well. There s a white discharge as well as yellow solid substance coming from inside the penis. Today, it got worse and I saw blood coming out too, it was just a drop though. It sounded similar to a Balantis but I am not sure. I cannot visit any doctor for next two days, can you advise any medicine? Thanks

Hello,

Do you sexually active?? are you married? Possible causes are like urethritis or balanitis or prostatitis etc. Use tablet Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for three days. Use syrup Cital Plus two teaspoons thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
