Hi, I had a painful headache in my left temple area when working out a few weeks ago. The pain was like an explosion feeling and peaked in a few seconds and then subsided quickly as I went down in the weight I was lifting. It dulled out and was dull in both temples for several days after. Since then, everytime I try to run, workout with weights, or lift heavy it seems as if the temples feel tender. I occasionaly get mild shooting pains in the temple area and it feels like a lot of pressure around my ears and temples in addition to the dull pain. Can you give any advice?
