What Causes Pain, Tightness And Swelling Under Rib?

Yes for about two year's I have had pain below my right rib's and right side, I can get up in the morning and with in hour's it get's tight under and around my right side rib area as if I start swelling the pain is stinging sharp and gnawing sometimes. And it is hard to breath my lung's have been check out they are ok what may be my cause
