First of all, scalp tingling may be a feature of different dermatological conditions such seborrheic dermatitis for example. Skalp tingling also may be a symptom of anxiety disorder also.
Getting evaluated by a Dermatologist is necessary to evaluate or exclude any dermatological conditions. Scalp tingling has nothing to do with brain aneurysms or any brain serious condition.
