What Causes Pain, Tingling And Numbness In Shoulder, Neck And Arm?

My symptoms are a dear pain numbness and tingling and in my shoulder my neck and my left arm. I also am confused easily extremely tired Most of the day and it s as if I don t get enough sleep at night. I also have had problems urinating on my self, depression lost concentration.

Are you taking any diabetic or hypertensive medication? I suggest you to take:
1. T.Diclofenac 50mg for 5 days after food
2. T.Eperisone 50mg for 15 days after food
3. MRI lumbar Spine is must rule out the diagnosis
4. Check your sugar levels as well
If symptoms not improved kindly consult a Neurologist.
