General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your ear, scalp problem is related to Reynauld's disease. These are also seen in solar urticaria and sensitive people. These are seen in exposure to sun, spicy foods, tea etc. Usually, run in families.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Varinder Joshi , General & Family Physician
