What Causes Pain To Persist After Treatment Of Fracture Of Tibia-fibula?

Im 44 years old fractured my tib-fib this past Jan...was in a cast for 3 months, had the cast off for 2months now and still unable to walk without at least one crutch because I have very bad pain in my calf as well as my ankle and the top of my foot where the bones connect/meet.can you tell me why i still have pain??
