What Causes Pain To The Lower Side Of Adams Apple?
i have some pain to the lower side of my adams apple. i noticed it when i would yown and it has progeseede to be there all the time even when i swallow. have had this for one month. i am also a sarcoid patient. my sarcoid has been quiet for a few years. also allergies have popped up on me, itchy eyes andsome bouths of sneezing. not sure if all this is connected. It may be due to acute pharyngitis or thyroid swelling or thymoma or cyst or lymphnode etc. Until examination is done it is a difficult to say what it is. Sarcoidosis may also cause thyroid swelling and lymphadenopathy. Please take warm water and avoid cool drinks. If no improvement please consult your physician / ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
