What Causes Pain Under Arm And Lump On Chest Wall?

I have breast cancer in my left breast .I had the breast removed in 1996 did chemo and I have ben a surviver recently I had pain under that arm and seem to go away now its back but I feel a lump on my chest wall above the chest .I am going to call my oncology dr. in the morning . I believe that came after painting the trim on my house.

i think this one is not a cause to worry much as it not likely a recurrence of the cancer after so long.

it is possibly an inflammatory or reactive swelling due to collection of tissue fluids during strenous movements.
