What Causes Pain Under Arm?

I am having pain on the under part of my arm but not in the arm pit. Feels kind of like a bruise but nothing is there. When I touch it there is what feels like cottage cheese. Also sometimes when I have a bmp I will get a shooting pain from the base of my skull and makes light headed. The only way to stop it is to tip my head all the way back and close my eyes. I also bend my arm for a certain amount of time and my fingers go numb. What could this call be?don t really have the money to go seed a doctor.

Pain may be due to many reasons. It may be generated by nerves, bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments or joints. Underarm pain is often the result of a trauma or overuse leading to injuries.
