What Causes Pain Under Breast And In Stomach?

yes please....my daughter has been having pains under her breast and down her stomach which is causing her to be nausea and dizzy all the time. she went to the er on monday and they did an ultrasound and a ct scan but say they don t see anything. what should she do and what do you think may be going on
