Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are not typical of hiatal hernia. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR
- Thyroid hormone levels
- Liver and kidney function tests
- A resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- Vitamin D levels for possible deficiency
You should discuss with your doctor on these tests.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
