What Causes Pain Under Rib Cage, Back And Shoulder Blade?

I have pain in my right side just under rib cage. Also pain in back and pain in shoulder blades. Sometimes it feels like a spear through my shoulder blades and the front of my chest. Thought it was a heart attack, but it went away. Also, my doctor says my liver levels are very elevated. Also alot of burping. Does this sound like gall bladder
