hello, i can understand your concern. since the ultrasound and the hida scan are normal, there appears to be no problem with the gall bladder and the hepato billiary system. i would suggest an upper gi endoscopy also to be done just to rule out any peptic ulcer disease. since the pain is related with intake of food this can be a possibility. eat small portions of meal at regular intervals of time. avoid spicy fried foods. include lots of fiber rich foods in diet. i would suggest tab pan 40mg twice daily before food for fifteen days. if the problem still persists i would advise a contrast enhanced ct scan of the abdomen to be done to know the etiology. a liver function test is also advised. hope i have answered your concerns. feel free to ask further queries. thanks for choosing HCM
