What Causes Pain Under Right Ribcage At Night?

I am 30,186cm year old,105kg.. I feel pain under right rib cage only at night when I sleep on my Right side. When I sleep on the left side or the back I not feel pain. Pain is not strong, I feel litle stronger pain only when I change my sleeping side from right to left. A few minutes pass. During the day not fill only sometimes a little discomfort. Also If I frequently work squatting I feel tightness discomfort.. This feel 1 year... Sounded USG (liver, pancreas, kidneys), a blood test is ok. The examination of the stomach find easy gastritis

Hi,

Noted the history about a 30 year old female having pain under the right rib cage particularly at night on changing position to right lateral side, squatting and so on.
The most probable cause I can think about is costochondritis as the Ultrasound for liver, gallbladder, pancreas and kidneys is normal.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult you Doctor and discuss about costochondritis as a possible cause so that he/she examines for local tenderness, goes for additional investigations of X-ray chest to rule out any problems related to lungs and so on.
You may need a long course of Doxycyclin, oral steroids in tapering dosages and anti-inflammatory medicines with painkiller property.
Local rubefacient liniment helps in local warmth and relaxation.
Strapping to give rest to the part.
