What Causes Pain Under The Breast On The Right Side?
My G.I say that I have an Hiatal Hernia , Gerd , my Goballer was taken out over 20year ago , I have pain on my right side under my breast ,it hurts more when I bend over , and some time when I breath deep , I take Nexum on & off it helps sometime only , how could I get rid of the pain?
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. Your right sided chest pain is associated with movements (bending and deep breathing). So possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely. So apply warm water pad on affected areas. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise. Avoid sudden jerky movements. Sit with proper back support. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen as and when required. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
