What Causes Pain Under The Breasts And Back?

I get deep pain on and off ....starting from the center of just below my breasts. Raideates sometimes around to my back ..same area.... last time went into both breasts ..like a flare up it seems. Sometimes I rub firmly across the mid where it started and I burp while doing that. It gradually subsides. But lasts longer then before. Maybe...a year now. I have to say I do have GERD as well and have been on Nexium. had changed to Omeprazole. I also take Lipitor for high Cholesteral. Been on that for over 15 years as well. Sometimes now and then I get touchy spots like inside under my skin...in different spots. Use to stay only below my waist..l Upper leg areas. Will move leaving one spot and moving over ..can work its way around. Latley been Getting in spots ..same.. but in above waist areas. Can explain also like touchy skin.. but is deeper. Do you know whats wrong inside me?

breast tenderness (pain on touching) also occurs during premenstrual phase in the reproductive age of female due to high hormone levels.. pain in the centre just below the breast maybe due to GERD and u take lipitor as well which causes liver toxicity by raising its enzyme levels so u should get LFTs (liver function tests) done for monitoring and GERD also gets aggreviated when there are liver issues so u may need 2nd line drug for gastric coverage.
pigmentation of skin can occur as side effect of the drugs.
