What Causes Pain Under The Left Breast And Prickling Sensation In Arms And The Feet?

Symptoms are dull pain under left breast. Seems to diminish or disappear completely when i stand up & walk..kind of a dull gurgling feeling can be felt..slight pain on left side above the hip..diminishes the same way when i stand..face is very red..i create phlegm constantly throughout the day.at times needlee prick sensations up & down legs & arms..both feet cramp up from time to time especially at night when i m trying to sleep..small infrequent muscle tightening sensations in my legs & arms & my left hand sometimes becomes cramped but not the tight one..
