What Causes Pain Under The Left Breast Radiating To The Back?

For 46 years, About 2 times a year, I have excruciating pain starting under my left breast and radiating to my back. I am now 73 and at 35 doctors thought removing my gallbladder would relieve the pain, I had a stone but the pain continues. Checked for kidney stones but was negative. As I get older the pain lasts longer. It is usually 24 to 48 hours. It leaves a rash on my back at the pain Site. I was prescribed hydrocodone/acetaminophen. This started after giving birth early because of a ruptured appendix and surgery. Thankyou
