What Causes Pain Under The Rib Cage?

I went in for some tests and my doctor said I need to come in to see her again, my liver is doubledoing. My app that. Is this week but I ve been having stomach pains under my rib cage. I am on lisinipril, Xanax and advair. What I didn t tell the doctor is that I take 4 antihistamines day and drink 1/2 to 1 gallon of green tea!! Is this bad?? Should I be worried and go to ER?? Is this serious??

Hello,

The pain could be from the inflamed liver. You must omit antihistamine, and excess green tea consumption. Anything in excess will harm the body, and interfere with normal function of body. I would suggest you to take some over the counter antacid like Gaviscon for pain as needed. If the pain worsen you can visit an ER.
