I recently had an abdominal aorta aneurism repair which slipped and caused my kidneys to loose blood supply, I lost one kidney and now have moderate to severe pain in the left side just under the rib cage. I have clear urine and am going often enough. Pane is worse in the afternoon and evening

Hi,

It is not mentioned that which side of the kidney has been removed. Second thing pain under rib cage is because of many other issues.

We have to understand why the kidneys have been removed and if there are any remnants after removal aneurysm chances of any other health-related problems are there. So my advice you should have complete checkup nearby physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
