What Causes Pain Under The Shoulder Blade?

Hi, for the past few weeks I have been having soreness under my left shoulder blade and down my arm as well as a little in my left kneww and ankle. Yesterday I had a sharp pain in the left side of my chest that lasted all day. I am only 23 should I worry about a heart condition
