What Causes Pain Underneath Right Breast?

(16 Year Old Female) I have this sharp pain, directly underneath my right breast, and it goes through to my shoulder blade. But, it only happens when I m in certain positions. What could this be? I ve tried stretching it, rolling it, and popping my back.
