Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain it seems that pain after 5 days of tooth extraction is not an abnormal finding and some pain can be experienced after 5 days also..
But bad smelling breath, diarrhea and nausea can be due to side effects of antibiotics that you might have taken post extraction..
There is also a possibility that bad breath and pain issue to infection at the site of extraction..
I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist and get evaluated and in case of infection antibiotics and painkillers along with irrigation with hydrogen peroxide, betadine and saline solution can be done..
For nausea and diarrhea you can take anti-diarrhea medication like Furozolidone and Domperidone for nausea..
You can also take Proton pump inhibitor like Omeprazole in the morning empty stomach and take plenty of Yoghurt as it is a Probiotic..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
