What Causes Pain While Breathing With Body Ache All Over?

i can breath it hurts to bad and plus my body hurts it all started last night my night staff at job corp asked me if it was a panic attack and the nurse said its either allergies, something from the carpentry shop cause i was in there for two days please help me
