Hallow Dear,

Your clitoris was removed when you were 8 days young. Now you are 36 years of age. The wounds are now completely healed up by this time. Your pain has no relation with this surgery done 36 years ago.

To get rid of the pain during insertion, please follow as below:
1. Relax while he is inserting. Contraction of muscles at the opening of vagina during insertion will cause pain. You may take deep breaths by mouth while he is inserting to avoid the contraction of the muscles.
2. Dry insertion always is painful. Try using lubricants. Please do not use oil based lubricants as they are dangerous to your genital organs. Use water based lubricants. Vaginal jellies available with the chemists are good for this purpose. Also, demand insertion only when you are having good secretions and you feel 'wet'. This happens when you are completely aroused.

3. Since you are HIV positive, I hope you are using condom. Many a times condom sticks as it is latex rubber. It should be used necessarily with lubricants.

I am sure, this takes care of your problem.
