What Causes Pain While Retracting Foreskin?

Hi, I'm 14 years old and need help in retracting my foreskin. I recently realised that at this age I should be able to fully retract my foreskin. I tried retracting it and I managed to retract it until I could see a bit of my penis. Afterwards, it was painful to retract further. Please help!!

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Phimosis.

Please consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination to confirm th diagnosis.
If positive you may need to get circumcised .
This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a outpatient procedure and offers permanent cure.
