What Causes Pain While Swallowing Food And Spitting Of Mucus?

Now and again i start to eat a meal and when i swallow the food i can feel the movement all the way down and it is is painful. Then i spit up large volumes of mucus / spit. Then i am sick. After that i am perfect and return to me me and no problem??

I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your all symptoms are associated with food intake, possibility of either gastric ulcer or GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more.
So better to consult gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
You need to follow certain lifestyle modifications along with drugs.
Drugs like proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs are useful.
Lifestyle modifications like avoidance of stress and anxiety, hot and spicy food, large meals etc are useful.
Loose weight if you are obese.
Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will definitely improve with all these.
