What Causes Pain While Swallowing?

I have pain in my tonsils and hurt when I swallow. My ears feel sore deep in my ears and cough up yellowish stuff mainly in the morning. I had a slight fever in the morning. My voice changed and it is difficult to speak. My eyes are red and had crusty stuff.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to tonsillitis and gastro esophageal reflux. Taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Co-amoxiclav and proton pump inhibitors like esomeprazole ( Nexium ) will be helpful to clear this.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
