What Causes Pain While Swallowing?

im a 26 year old healthy male, and the lower part of my nmouth right at the back behind my last tooth is very swollen, im actually biting on the gum when i close my mouth, its also swollen the right side of my neck along with it, its hurts to swollow and even open my mouth fully. what do you think this is? and how can i fix this?

It shows that you having cheek biting problem near your back tooth.as u said you are 26 ,your last tooth may or May not be errupted fully.ie..impacted tooth. That can cause cheek biting and pain that area
