What Causes Pain While Swallowing?

Hi well just now yesterday I woke up and my throat felt funny when I swallow it hurts really bad on the right side then I took some allergy medicine and took a nap an woke up aching all over including my private area an I got a fever to I am a female an I just had a baby 2months ago please help

Hello,
You have throat infection which is causing the fever.
You need to take antibiotics like amoxicillin with clavulinic acid.whichis safe for the lactating mothers.
In addition you need to take paracetamol tablet for the fever.
At home you can take steam Inhalations and lukewarm saline gargles .
Get an ent consultation for the throat examination .
