What Causes Pain While Urinating After An Intercourse?

I ve had sex about a week ago a few times with my boyfriend. 3 days ago I began to feel a sting when I pee. also saw a little bit of blood when I wiped but it wasn t my period. I went to the doctors today and they believe I have a uti and I was given antibiotic. I m 6 days late on my period. we used condoms every time and as far as I m concerned none of them broke or anything but im scared if I could be pregnant?

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. Your symptoms suggest that you are possibly experiencing lower urinary tract infection subsequent to the sexual intercourse. The blood you saw may have been issued from the urethra. The infection also can lead to a delayed menstrual period. You can get a HPT with a fresh early morning sample of urine to check. Please go ahead with the process and plan further management. Please maintain proper genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
