pain when urinating for years i went to different hospitals with mo success I did tests ultra sound on kindey, urine bladder, liver anser was normal to all., but they gave me anti biotics and pain killers but they couldnt help i still get the pain. I did urine test result no UTI no STDs but I still feel the pain when utinating and the case is mo worse if i take alcohol it pains a lot. now there are white fluid like mucas comming out aftre urinating
These symptoms are suggestive of uroinfection and this is common in your age and usually is manifested with pain during urination, fever and changes in urination frequency.
Also, blood traces may be present in urine which can have odour or colour change. Other common cause are urinary stones.
Diagnosis is established by doing urine analysis and urinoculture and after this antibiotic treatment may be started if necessary.
If there is negative urine analysis then you should do ultrasound of kidneys to check for stones. You should drink plenty of fluids and take raspberry tea or juice to promote urination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein
