What Causes Painful And Bleeding Sores Under Foot?

I have two sores one under my left foot that looked like a hard pimple that is painful to touch and it broke open and blood came shutting out. and it still is bleeding and hurts to touch. Found a second sore on my lower left back just like the one on my foot. It also is sore to touch and when I rubbed it it broke open and blood came shooting out of it and is sore to touch. The muscles in that area and down my left side are painful and stiff and makes it hard to walk.

Hi
Welcome to HCM.
Sore over foot may be due to various reasons. It may be corn, callosity or wart. Usually wart bleeds on manipulation. All may be painful. But with modern day medical equipments those can be managed very easily.
So don't worry. You will be ok.
Good luck.
