What Causes Painful And Constricted Throat?
For the last 10 days I ve had an uncomfortable feeling in my throat. I feel it most if my head is turned to the side and I am talking. It feels like my throat is twisted off or constricted. Sometimes it hurts, sometimes it just feels awkward. My throat also feels a little tender when I swallow.
