What Causes Painful And Foul Smelling Urination?

My urine smell bad ,i do urinate with with sensition passion and i feel pauns in mybody especially my tummy. I think am deing slowly but i cant place what is the probkem.been an orphan i have no money to go to hospital. Can you help me to tell me what is wrong with me

I understand your concern.
Based on the symptoms you are describing, it appears that you could have an infection of your urinary system. It needs to be evaluated by the following investigations and then treated accordingly.
Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Urine routine examination.
2. Urine culture and sensitivity.
3. Ultrasound abdomen.
Kindly consult Urologist with the report for clinical evaluation and management.
